Roadmap tool is really useful

So I tried LoomFlows a while back for their product roadmap software. My team needed something better than spreadsheets. It's pretty good, honestly. We linked up some feedback to the roadmap items, which is neat. Took a bit to get everyone on board, but now it's making our planning smoother. I bought the annual plan for the discount, which saved a bit of money compared to paying monthly. The roadmap visualization feature is especially helpful for presentations. Overall, a solid tool that just works.

Reliable for feedback and planning

I've been using LoomFlows for about a year now, mainly for the customer feedback portal and their feature request board. This past month I added the changelog tool, which integrated fine. Our team previously used something else that was clunky, so LoomFlows was a big improvement when we first switched. It's consistently been reliable; no real downtime or issues with data. Every time I've needed to check feedback or update the roadmap, it's been there. The roadmap visualization is still one of my favorite parts. It just makes things easier to manage. This purchase was an annual renewal, and I got that 20% saving again, which is why I stick with it. It does what it says it will do without any fuss.

Good for feedback collection

I signed up for the free tier to try the user feedback collection widget. It was easy to set up on our site. Collected some good initial feedback. The dashboard is straightforward to navigate. Will probably upgrade soon.

Thinking of trying LoomFlows for our dev team. Does anyone know if they offer any specific discounts for startups? Every penny counts right now lol.

D David R. 2 months ago
Yeah, they usually have a startup discount. I think you gotta contact sales or it's sometimes listed on their pricing page. Worth checking!

They do! We got one when we signed up last year. I just emailed their support and they hooked us up with a special rate. Might not be publicly advertised all the time.

Hey, thinking about LoomFlows but also looking at Canny. Anyone used both and have thoughts on which one is better for a smaller team that needs a solid feedback board and roadmap?

D Daisy 2 months ago
Used both. LoomFlows feels a bit more integrated, especially with the Loom stuff for feedback. Canny's fine but LoomFlows has better roadmap visualization imo.

Canny is good for just basic feedback collection, but if you're looking for something that ties into your roadmap more directly and offers good analytics, LoomFlows is probably the stronger choice. Plus, the Loom integration is super handy for bug reports.
